| If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, just return it to us postage
paid in its original condition including the original
packaging within fourteen days of receipt of your
order and we'll gladly refund your purchase price,
less any shiping and handling fees that may apply.

| We cannot accept returns of any
shoes that are soiled, or have soiled soles. |
| Be sure to insure any return
shipment. We are not responsible for shoes lost
in transit. |
| Please be aware, that after you
have had your purchase fourteen days, we consider
the sale to be final. |
| Any charges paid for exdpedited
delivery are not refundable. |
| Items Damaged in Transit |
| If you receive a shipment
that has been damaged during shipment, please
do not refuse it! |
| All of our shipments are
sent to you fully insured. |

If you receive a damaged shipment,
you must file a claim with the Delivery Company
or post office that delivered the shipment.
They are responsible for damage or loss during
shipping. They will pick up the package and
once they inspect it, they will return it to
us.

| If you discover any hidden or
concealed damage, it must be reported and an inspection
requested within 5 days of delivery. We cannot
be responsible for damaged items accepted and
signed for at the time of delivery. |
| Do not return any item
to A+ Dance Shoes without a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns
cannot be processed. |
